How do I get signed up and seen?

Scheduling a video visit for yourself and your children/dependents is easy.  The initial account holder will need a few bits of information such as legal name, date of birth, address, phone number, valid email address, and the health insurance or credit card information.

Once the initial information form is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the secure videoconference.  You will have the capability to save the visit to your calendar as well as rescheduling your appointment.
