A 2-year warranty is included with your ThinkLabs Stethoscope. Please register your stethoscope after purchasing.
Repair Your Stethoscope
To send your Thinklabs stethoscope in for service from the US or from anywhere around the world, please return it to us so we can address any issue.
2. Make two copies of the form; one for your records, one to send to us with your device.
3. Insert the printed form with the stethoscope in the box or pouch to be returned.
4. Send your stethoscope to Thinklabs at the address provided.
There's usually no charge for service. All we ask is that you ship your stethoscope to Thinklabs' offices in Colorado.

Dunwell Tech, Inc (Dino-Lite US) warrants all Dino-Lite handheld microscopes and eyepiece cameras against defects in
material and workmanship for a period of TWO (2) YEARS from the original date of retail purchase. All other products
including stands, accessories, and products other than Dino-Lite brand are warranted for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the
original date of retail purchase. If product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Dunwell Tech, at its discretion,
will repair the product at no charge or exchange the defective product with a new product or a product that is at least
functionally equivalent to the original product.
This warranty does not apply to damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, misapplication, or negligence; to damage caused by
service performed by anyone who is not a Dunwell Tech Authorized Service Provider; if the serial number has been removed
from product.
Please keep your receipt as it will be requested for any warranty service. Products repaired or replaced under warranty remain
covered for the initial duration of the warranty plus an additional three month period.
To obtain warranty service, Tll out the RMA Online Form via the link below. If you choose to Tll out the pdf form, download and
send the completed form to service@dunwell.com (mailto:service@dunwell.com) or fax: 310-618-9996.
Once an RMA number is issued, return product at your expense to 19803 Hamilton Ave. #200, Torrance, CA 90502, including
complete RMA Form with RMA# and a copy of your dated sales receipt.
Cross-Shipment
If your product is under warranty cross-shipment is available. Replacement product(s) would be sent from our warehouse
upon approval of your RMA submission and conTrmation of your shipping address, if the box is checked for Cross-Shipment
on the RMA form. Upon selecting cross-shipment, you agree to return the original product to our warehouse within 30 days or
you will be charged in full for the replacement product(s)

Note: Returning product prior to receiving return authorization will likely result in a delay in processing your request.
