VectraCor 12 lead EKG troubleshooting


The software does not work when I plug in the EKG to the USB port:

  1.  Ensure you are using the Office Medic software and NOT VectraPlex EKG Software.

The Office Medic software is not available or I receive error messages when I click on it:

  1. 1 or 2 pre-requisites did not get installed during setup. To correct this issue:
  1. Navigate to E:\Disk1\ISSetupPrerequisites\{47C4119B-3ADD-4803-B278-9ABA39415D83} and run the installer

  2. Navigate to E:\Disk1\ISSetupPrerequisites\{D093EE4D-527D-4CC7-AB3C-DCE3219FA508} and run the installer

  3. Navigate to E:\Disk1 and re-run setup

 

Where “E” is the drive letter on my system but may differ slightly on yours.

When you are asked to activate when installing Vectraplex ECG, just click exit and use the Office Medic program.


The Office Medic Software opens, but when I click to perform the EKG it opens in VectraPlex and I can not complete

  1. Click Options (Top menu bar)
  2. Select 'General"
  3. Change default EKG program to Office Medic (not VectraPlex) 



I am able to click the EKG button after selecting a patient, but the tracing does not show when it is hooked up. 

Close out the EKG and restart the EKG as if you wait longer than 30-60 seconds after clicking the EKG button, it will not work. 

Error message regarding USB Driver

This typically occurs in Windows 11 only and is a problem with the Core Isolation requiring Memory Isolation setting off in Windows. If you have further problems, it may require a download of drivers and it is best to seek further help from the IT department at VectraCor at 973-904-0444.
