Will I be charged if I cancel or we don’t connect?
No. There is no charge for cancelling your visit. Cancelling is easy, just call our office phone: 720-778-0005 and speak with our patient support or leave a message. We actually prefer you cancel rather than not show up for the visit. Similarly, you will not be charged if the connection fails and we cannot adequately see or hear you. We may be able to complete a visit by phone if the video fails and this would count as a completed visit. In any case, there will be no charges until an encounter is considered adequate by the provider.
