Zoom will not update and gives error code 10003

May be a certificate issue.  First read Zoom Support here: Zoom error code 10003
Here are the key features copied from that support page to install the Zoom certificates on your device:
  1. Locate the Zoom installation package on your device.
  2. Right-click the installation package and click Properties.
  3. Click the Digital Signatures tab.
  4. Select the Zoom Video Communications option from the signature list, then click Details.
  5. Click View Certificate.
  6. Click Install Certificate.
    The Import Wizard will open.
  7. Under Store Location, choose Local Machine, then click Next.
  8. On the Certificate Store page, choose Place all certificates in the following store, then click Browse.
  9. On the Select Certificate Store pop-up, select Trusted Root Certification Authorities, then click OK.
  10. Click Next, then click Finished.
